Refreshing Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1–2):

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana (for a creamy texture)
  • 1 cup milk (cow’s, almond, oat or coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (to taste)
  • A few ice cubes (if you want a cold smoothie)
  • Optional: a pinch of chia seeds, flax seeds or hemp seeds

 

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy (approx. 30–60 seconds). Taste — add a little more milk if needed if you want a thinner smoothie. Serve immediately, garnished with a few fresh strawberries or mint leaves.

 

Tip:

If you’re using frozen strawberries, there’s no need to add ice. The smoothie will be cold and refreshing on its own.
