Smoothie
super easy
Ingredients:
- 150 g of fresh or frozen raspberries
- 150 g of fresh or frozen blackberries
- 200 g of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey (or to taste)
- 100 ml of milk (or plant-based drink of your choice, e.g. almond, oat milk)
- 1/2 banana (for extra creaminess, if desired)
If using fresh raspberries and blackberries, rinse them under cold water and drain. Frozen fruit does not need to be thawed. Add raspberries, blackberries, Greek yogurt, honey, milk, and banana (if using) to a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you want a more runny texture, you can add more milk.
If you want a colder and thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again quickly.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and, if desired, decorate with a few whole raspberries or blackberries on top. You can also add some mint leaves for freshness.
For extra nutritional value, you can add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, increase the amount of honey or add more banana.
