Watermelon Smoothie — Perfect for Hot Days

🥤 Watermelon Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

• 2 cups watermelon (seedless, diced)

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt (optional for a creamy texture)

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• A few fresh mint leaves

• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

• A few ice cubes

Dice the watermelon and remove any seeds. Place the watermelon, yogurt, lime juice, mint, sweetener, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth, refreshing. Add a little more water or ice if needed for a thinner texture. Pour into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

If desired, you can also add a piece of cucumber or ginger for extra freshness and flavor.
