Wild garlic spread

Ingridients:
- 250 g of wild garlic
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 1 small teaspoon of salt
- a little pepper
In a frying pan without oil, fry the pine nuts until golden brown, taking care not to burn them. Wash the leaves of wild garlic and dry well. Mix the olive oil, the leaves of wild garlic and pine nuts in a food processor, add salt and pepper and mix until you get a nice smooth spread. Fill the jars and store in a cool, dark place.
