Greek yogurt with pieces of fruit
Greek yogurt with pieces of fruit is a delicious and healthy choice for breakfast or snack.
Ingridients:
– 500 g of Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 cup of fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, kiwi, mango)
– 1/4 cup granola (optional)
– mint leaves for decoration (optional)
Process:
Put the Greek yogurt in a container and sweeten it with honey. Mix well.
Wash the fresh fruit and cut it into pieces. If you use several types of fruit, you can also mix them. Serve the yogurt in cups or glasses. Add pieces of fruit on top of the yogurt. If desired, you can add granola for crunch. Garnish with mint leaves for freshness.
