Pumpkin hummus

– 100 g of baked pumpkin
– 120 g of cooked chickpeas
– 1 clove of garlic
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
– salt, spices as desired
First, bake the pumpkin. Place the baked pumpkin in a food processor and add the chickpeas.
Mix roasted pumpkin, chickpeas, olive oil and peeled garlic in a multi-purpose food processor. Salt and season the mixture as desired. You can also make a larger amount of spread.
For hummus, you can use already cooked canned chickpeas, or you can cook it yourself. Before you cook the chickpeas, you have to soak them overnight, and then cook them for a while approx. 1 hour and a half. Best in an economy pot, it will cook faster.
