We need:

  • 4 cucumbers (peeled and diced)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 dl of water
  • 2.5 dl of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 spring onions
  • some mint leaves
  • himalayan salt
  • pepper

Procedure:

Mix cucumbers, avocado, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and water in a blender until you get a creamy texture. Add sliced ​​spring onions and a few chopped mint leaves and mix everything again in a blender. Season, add lemon juice and store in the refrigerator.
