Smoothie with banana and mango

super easy

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 200 ml of coconut milk (or other milk of your choice, such as almond or regular milk)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

 

Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut the flesh into cubes.

Place all ingredients (banana, mango, milk, yogurt and honey) in a blender. Blend until you get a smooth and creamy texture. For a refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
