Sweet gratin pancakes with raisins

Ingridients:

– 8 pancakes

– 250 g of cottage cheese

– 2 eggs

– 100 g of raisins

– 100 g of sugar

– 1 vanilla sugar

– 200 ml of sweet cream

– 1 lemon peel (optional)

– butter for baking pan

 

Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, 1 egg, raisins, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. If desired, add grated lemon peel for additional aroma.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of curd filling evenly on each pancake. Roll up the pancakes and place them in a greased pan.

Beat the second egg and sweet cream in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the rolled pancakes in the pan.

Place the pan in the oven, heated to 180°C, and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the pancakes are nicely golden-yellow.

Sweet au gratin pancakes with raisins are served warm, sprinkled with a little powdered sugar if desired.
