Roasted Pepper and Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
• 3 red peppers
• 3 tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion
• Oil, salt, pepper, basil
Preparation:
Roast the peppers and tomatoes in the oven until blackened (200 °C, 30 min). Peel, mix with the rest of the ingredients and blend. Serve lukewarm or cold.
